Use intuition and creativity to envisage your preferred lifestyle.

Through free flow drawing and moulding clay explore, articulate, and reflect upon your immediate choices as they emerge . 

OBJECTIVES 

To provide a creative process that enables opportunities:

  1. to identify a lifestyle that will positively influence for you 

  2. to focus on a lifestyle that resonates with your needs 

  3. to intuit through making a vision to move toward 

ACTIVITY

Theses activities deliberately foreground your intuition and feelings as a way 

of understanding your potential lifestyle. This exploration may cross aspects

such as your environment, work, relationships, hobbies, interests, as well as

your physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. 

The two core media you will draw upon are:

                      (i)  free flow drawing, and

                      (ii) moulding clay.

Each activity will build upon the previous insights arising.

You only need to share verbally as much or little as you are comfortable to do so.

Maximum 6  Minimum 2 

Covid-19 guidelines will be applied

COST 

$65.00

WHAT TO BRING 

Materials are supplied by me so just bring yourself. 

Tea and herbal tea will be supplied during a short break.  

Please wear something that you are comforatable for it to get dirty

(or bring an apron/over skirt).
